Hi, I'm Danielle, driven by my lived experience of poor mental health as a young person, I am passionate about providing the support I wished I had received. Currently studying for a psychology degree focused on young people (0-25), I bring a unique perspective as someone with diagnosed ASD. As a mixed Indian-Scottish individual and a proud member of the LGBTQPIA+ community, I am committed to inclusivity in mental health care. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games and all things crafty.

Hi, I’m Paris! I believe that the best support comes from meeting people where they are, without judgement. My passion for wellbeing is shaped by both professional experience and my own life journey, which have taught me the value of compassion, resilience and feeling genuinely understood. As a mixed-race member of the LGBTQPIA+ community and a Wellbeing Practitioner, I've had the opportunity to support CYP from a wide range of backgrounds whilst learning from mentors. I have a keen interest in how movement and healthy habits can support wellbeing; as a former international gymnast, I love finding physical ways to express myself too. I'm passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, develop practical coping strategies and feel empowered to make positive changes - no matter how small those first steps may seem.
Self-care tip: "Treat yourself with the same kindness and patience that you’d offer someone you love".

Hi! My names Megan and I have a degree in Psychology and have been working in the NHS as an assistant psychologist. I started this work as I have personal experience struggling with my mental health, and know how invaluable it can be to talk to someone who understands. I'm great at listening and sessions will always be at your own pace and led by you. As well as my work in Psychology, I'm also a professional singer-songwriter who loves all things music! I use music to help my mental health and so our sessions can always have a creative element if that is something you would like
Self-care tip: "If one day at a time still feels too much, just take it every 10 minutes at a time".
